Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions set out how the Second City Leasing (Midlands Car & Van Leasing Ltd) Referral Scheme operates. By taking part in the scheme, you agree to be bound by the terms below.
1. Eligibility
i. The referral scheme is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
ii. Referrals are valid only where the referred customer enters into an agreement to lease a vehicle through Second City Leasing.
2. Making a referral
i. A referral is made by providing Second City Leasing with the contact details of a third party.
ii. You must confirm that the referred business or individual has agreed to be contacted by us regarding vehicle leasing.
iii. The referral must be new to Second City Leasing and not an existing customer.
3. Qualifying referrals
i. A referral will be deemed successful once the referred customer has entered into a qualifying lease agreement with Second City Leasing.
ii. Only a referred customer that proceeds to delivery and commences rental payments will count towards the referral incentive.
4. Referral incentive
i. For each successful referral, £50 will be issued.
ii. The incentive will be issued within 30 days of the referred customer receiving delivery of their vehicles.
iii. There is no limit to the number of successful referrals you may make.
5. Expiry
i. Referral incentives will be valid for 30 days from the date the referred customer receives delivery of the vehicle. Second City Leasing will make every reasonable effort to issue payment promptly within this period.
6. Conduct and compliance
i. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when taking part in the referral scheme.
ii. The use of spam, unsolicited messaging, or any misleading practices in connection with referrals is strictly prohibited.
7. Changes and termination
i. Second City Leasing reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the referral scheme at any time without prior notice.
ii. Second City Leasing reserves the right to withhold or withdraw incentives if we believe the scheme has been misused or these Terms and Conditions have been breached.
